With only one click you can then attach the Pebble Plus to the 2Way Fix. If the infant car seat is to be installed in your car by using the regular seat belt, special belt positioners reduce the risk of misuse.

The Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus is equipped with a three-point harness. The "Easy-Out" system has been designed with belts that stay open and wide apart which makes it particularly easy for you to fasten and release your little one.

蝦密！9大衰老關卡竟然這年紀就來

「媽呀！我有白頭髮了！」皺紋、白髮是大部分的人最害怕面對鏡子時唯恐避之不及的畫面，但其實身體某些器官在皺紋、白髮長出來前就悄悄衰老了，先從20歲的年紀說起吧。

據《聯合報》報導指出，依微博知名養生部落格「飲食健康」整理出身體9大衰老關卡；神經細胞數量在每個人呱呱落地時有1000億個左右，但自20歲左右就開始減少，40歲左右遞減的幅度更大，逐漸影響協調性與腦部記憶力。建議每天1小把堅果核桃、健康用腦讓腦血管多處在擴張狀態，腦組織有足夠血液，有助延緩大腦衰老。

20歲也是肺部衰老的關卡，肺活量隨年齡增長而變大，20歲以後沒有鍛鍊，肺活量會逐漸下降，供氧量會較年輕時減少5%到10%，並加速器官老化。可藉由擴胸運動、慢跑來預防。

再來是皮膚，隨著生成膠原蛋白的速度減緩，25歲左右，皮膚會開始出現自然衰老的情形，像是濕疹、皮膚乾燥過敏、色素沉澱等問題、以及皮膚屏障功能出現退化。預防的方法為每天多喝水、使用補水的保養品。

30歲開始則是聽力逐漸走下坡，男性聽力衰退情形比女性早。建議避免經常挖耳朵碰傷耳道、勿長時間戴耳機。

骨骼衰老關卡也是在30歲，20歲以前骨骼沉積速度最快，骨量最高峰約是在30歲左右，之後就逐漸下降；停經後的女性，因為少了雌激素的保護，骨量流失更容易。預防骨骼衰老，可透過每天喝杯牛奶，牛奶是含鈣最佳食物來源，或攝取深綠色蔬菜、豆類、海帶等也是含鈣量豐富的食物。同時，別忘了每周曬太陽40分鐘。鈣質與維生素D缺乏也會導致骨鬆，而曬太陽就是維生素D最好的來源。

牙齒到40歲牙床逐漸萎縮，牙根也漸漸曝露。平日應少喝酸性飲料並定期洗牙保養。腎臟也是到40歲以後會慢慢萎縮，流經腎臟的血液量也會逐年遞減。護腎方法建議勿濫用藥物、適量喝水不憋尿。

40到45歲左右，眼睛會出現老花眼等視力不清楚等狀況。多攝取三色食物、多運動，對預防眼睛衰老有益處。

55歲是腸道衰老的關卡，在這個年紀腸道環境發生變化，人體消化功能下降、不利於益生菌的生存。建議從飲食改善預防便祕，因為便秘是腸道衰老的徵兆，多吃蔬果、及攝取富含植物纖維的食物等，不暴飲暴食、吃7、8分飽、少油脂，戒菸戒酒。
